So weird not having brock with me all the time as he is in Disneyland.

We did Webb Hill 4x800m. I  couldnt stick with Rex, Sage, Bryson and Matthacher but I was 5th every time. Good Talks with the bros.

Yoga for the first time. Some weird stuff man. Its like weights and streching at the same time.

14 mills on the trills. we went on Navajo Dr. and turned left towards the gorge. Super pretty and cool and difficult.
