ran anchor in the 4x100m hurdles with kasey sam and matt thatcher

ran anchor in a 4x100m relay and came in dead last

ran 800m in a girls sprint relay haha took us from last to 2nd

Drove down to Wickenburg AZ

Ran 4 miles through the backwoods it was sunset and the weather was perfect.
