i ran the chocolate milk mile in 5:33
coach kept going and so we did 5 laps and 5 drinks. Then he did another. and so we did another. until we had gone 10 laps. josh threw up at 7 or so and i went the longest without puking! I still havent and this is an hour or so later. good times

Dirty Hurty Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) 01:31:08, Place overall: 2, Place in age division: 2 | | Picked sage up at 5 am. Race started at 6:30 and the first few miles was during one of the coolest sunrises Ive ever seen. It was Hayden Hawks, Coach, Sage, KC and a couple of proish guys. We were going their 50k pace. At 6ish miles it opened up and we (the half marathon) picked it up. At the aid station I waited for sage to go to the bathroom for a bit but then just left. I led the race for a couple miles but sage caught up to me at mile 10 and I followed 15-20 seconds behind for the rest. Sage won and we got cool rock plaques.
We did 5 extra miles after so now sage is officially a man! (well that depends on what your definition of is, is.
Greatful For: half marathons. Ive never done one before but it was super fun.

Set up for flag run, flag run, played a show at the school, played in the balls of death, played another show with Animal Coast, hung out with sarah, made sweet passionate, jammed with dewey and other members of studnet council, ran a kenyan run, drove up to SUU, played battle of the bands, won, ate at panda exspress with Brock, Jayden and James, drove home
