We did 3 in the morning inside the school gym. The tile was really rough on my joints.
We had hill repeats after school. 6X500m I went 1:41, 43, 43, 45, 42, 37. We had 4X200m on the track and I led a group of A- people in them. Core and Stretch.
At 6 I went on a 5 mile hike for scouts, and I hiked there but I ran back for 2.5 miles.
