| | 8x100s. Caden and I were late to the 100s because of the "cherry blossom" chicken at school lunch. Let's just say those cherries blossomed.

| | I am experiencing some pain 'neath the bootnicks probably need more water, even though it's kindof chilly outside. It was nice to do plyometrics again. Easier than tabatta.

| | Awesome trail to the Lonley mountain. Lot of lord of the rings reinactments. The way back was really slow but like coach said I have to think of 5 positive comments for each negative one so I'll keep my mouth shut.

| | Started off at about 9 min pace but worked down to 6 min mile. It was a beautiful run, I felt great and it was a breeze ( minus digging a pickup out of the sand).

| | 2 mile warm up. Spring is here and the shirts came off. We had a tabatta type workout to the sounds of AC/DC. I felt great in my new virratas.

| | We drove to Church Rocks and ran around in the desert. There were cliffs, scary tunnels and "gold group" girls leading us. I felt pretty great today.

| | 2 mile warm up we took it pretty fast. The first mile repeat of our 4X1600 I felt great and Tanner and I hit our time. The next two miles we were about 5 seconds slow. Thankfully Coach let us do the 4th one (I would hate to not be able to do the same workout as the Varsity) and I was about 8 seconds behind pace. I was feeling pretty beat during the 1 mile cooldown and then we got to do Plybotta Bleacher Edition. Overall it was a pretty rough day that im glad is behind me. Wont be at morning practice because of Driver's Ed.

| | 8 miles in the desert alone... I found the old border crossing station, it is sketchy to say the least.

| | 2.5 mile warm up. Over 3 mile tempo run past the Rosenburche musesm thingy. I felt good the first two miles but I started feeling some pain in my shin and slowed down. I finished right behind Caden. We cooled down back to the park and my shins hurt pretty bad. Core was easy and stretching felt great.
Got a ride back from Jordan : )

| | 2 mile warm up to the knolls. 8X200 hill repeats. I went out way hard for the first 4 and was beating Ben. I felt tired for 5 and 6 but came back to the front for 7 and 8. Plyimbotta was easy. Great day.
