2 mi warm up. 3x200, 2x400, 1x600, 1x400, 2x200. It's a weird workout but I felt fine. Apparently my arms are all weird when I sprint. Good to know I've got lots to work on!

AM- 3 miles easy. Today was my first morning run if the year now that drivers ed is over! 

PM- 7 miles out in Arizona. Great run. #adventuretuesday Scott had a hard time staying dry bolting off with Coach Madsy and Corn Dog. We saw some heffers eating tumbleweeds. The wind was way cold I need to bring a jacket.

3 miles in the morning 

tempo run after school and my goal was to stay with sage until the little bridge (mile 2) and I did. I fell behind and only went 15 mins.

AM- 3 miles easy I ran on my own

PM- 5 miles total, 2 mile warm up, 800m Kosmin Test and 2 mile cooldown

I felt pretty good, I ate really light today and was accually kind of hungry. The first Minute of the Kosmin I finished right at the 400m and "broke 60". The next lap I felt out of energy and wasnt as fast. Laughing Core with Cap'n Ben was really fun.

I had to aerate until 4o'clock. I went out on the Ridge and found an awesome way down to Rainbow Road. The weather is perfect outside and the brooks Cascadias are amazing.

Am- I slept in for my birthday

Pm- easy 5 out in the desert. I got over my Codfish. I really liked Coaches plyimbotta. I am so thankful for this organization. I kove this team. I turned 16 in a huddle of my closest friends and family (and beautiful women). It has almost been two years since i started running. Thanks Coach and HU.

The Dogtown 9k

Great start, we were far ahead any other people. Riley, Gibb, David&Goliath and I stayed as a pack for the first mile than Riley and I took off in search of Kale (who was riding the tail of the Bike Dude). We hit our times for Miles 1 and 2. Riley and I slowed down for mile 3 with 6:41. I left Swaney and tried to catch this Freshman from Pineview. (Nasty baby Panther). I didnt get him but I was right at 6:00 for mile 4. I had an alright finish and the race was very fun! 4th overall. I got 1st in my age group.

Am- 3 miles easy. It felt great to be out and running again after the "9k".

Pm- 8 mile trail run out behind the Thatchers. I felt really fresh and kind of naked with only my medium Get Bit shorts on.

2 mile warm up, 4x1000, 4x200 with 15 push-ups in between each 200. Everyone was still pretty tired from the race. I felt pretty tired. I was on time for 2 of the 1000's. 200's were easy as usual. 1 mile cool down. 

Ice bathe with Joe and core and stretch was nice.

But I feel like sometimes we have too much time between the workout-cool down and cool down-stretch. I like plombota but we didn't do it today :/
