2 mi warm up. 3x200, 2x400, 1x600, 1x400, 2x200. It's a weird workout but I felt fine. Apparently my arms are all weird when I sprint. Good to know I've got lots to work on!
AM- 3 miles easy. Today was my first morning run if the year now that drivers ed is over!
PM- 7 miles out in Arizona. Great run. #adventuretuesday Scott had a hard time staying dry bolting off with Coach Madsy and Corn Dog. We saw some heffers eating tumbleweeds. The wind was way cold I need to bring a jacket.
