2 mile warm up, 4x1000, 4x200 with 15 push-ups in between each 200. Everyone was still pretty tired from the race. I felt pretty tired. I was on time for 2 of the 1000's. 200's were easy as usual. 1 mile cool down.
Ice bathe with Joe and core and stretch was nice.
But I feel like sometimes we have too much time between the workout-cool down and cool down-stretch. I like plombota but we didn't do it today :/
