4 miles in the morning 

3 miles around a park in Kingman. This punk stole my hat but he gave it back. We did some nosegriders and ollies and it was great.

DESERT TWILIGHT

i forgot to bring my warmups.. well actually all i brought was my green singlet and spikes haha but thats all you need to race so I did.

I love the course. I went 5:02 for the first mile and then my lungs started to clog with gunk. I was spittin and coughing and went trough 2 miles at 10:32 so I know where to improve for region. Finished really strong and passed a few guys. We won a huge trophey and named it "dave". made friends with Desert Vista and barefoot cooled down

7 miles with the Desert Vista folks. Really cool guys. I tripped and hurt my hand but its no big deal. This is the only sport you can beat a team and then practice with them the next day.

Grateful that: A rock didn't rip through my face when I tripped.
