| | I missed morning practice. Im sick, my parents are in Mexico and yet THAT IS NO EXCUSE. I need to visualise my goals. I can do all of this.
2 mile warm up
4x1600m at 5:32. I hit 5:30, 5:34, 5:32, 5:36. My whole right side cramped up, by far the worst cramping ive experienced in years. I just buried the pain and ran the whole 2nd mile with my hands pressing on my right 3 abs. I was bummed bc Bryson was at 5:23 pace with Tanner and Scott but I passed him on 2, 3 and 4. The first Track workout was very rough, at least mentally. We had 2x200 starts just to get position. 1 mile cooldown. I came out 4th both times. Weights with the Football team watching and then stretch.
Helped brock write a song when I got home.
I realised I want a man bun.

8 mile run out to The Lonely Sandwitchbox Mt.
we had an awesome adventure that included (but was not limited) to; WWI, WWII, Lord of the Rings, Scientology, Fascism, a plethora of hypothetical questions and some aweome one liners from Josh Gibb. A very needed run.
My left quad feels bruised but i don't know why haha

the first 6x200's went well, joe and riley took them out too fast. I hit my times. the 1000m Joe and I crushed it. We stayed with kale until 800 and just fineshed strong. -4s. Riley dropped out for the next 6x200m.. I hit my times

| | We had a hike for young mens. Awesome to repel over 300 ft total but I really wanted to go on my run instead.
Aerating was quite a workout so I guess the hike + aerating = 10 mile run..

10 mile trail run out at barrel roll area. 1 mi out and 5 mi loop then 2 out and 2 back to a beautiful cliff and amazing view (even without my contacts in) 1 mile back. Sage and I had a great time blasing our music (everything from alt-j to Voldemort) on the drive.

2 mile warm up I led calisthenics
8x2 min at 85% coach whistles and we go all out until he whistles again. One of my favorite workouts of 2015. I was 4th or 5th most of the time. Bryson stayed right with me and it was really nice because scott and tanner do things a little different so we werent next to each other most of the time.
2 mile cooldown + weights and I led stretching!

4 mile kenyan. Coach's wife is pregnant! so he was gone but Kale kept evryone under control. I need to learn his ways if Im going to be Captain next year.
Kept thinking of Student Council next year, among other things, Im going to run for something. I like Kenyan runs, they seem to give me inspiration and stuff haha

2.5 mile warmup to Webb (thanks soccer tournement)
3x1:30sec + 3x800m + 4x40sec
I stayed up until 2:30 writing Sharon May stuff and had work in the morning. So running off of 4 hours of sleep really hurt. I was tired but not from running up mountains. We got Popscicles. (im accually writing this a few days later and I had to read Joe's because I don't really remember this workout haha) (I remember the Popsicles though).

| | Woke up in Warner Valley because me and Brock went camping. Bonding time. Our birthdays are both this week. Right when we got back we had to go aerating and we did until about 3. Then I just slept and watched Backstrom. I was so tired. I went to Cadens and Joe left but came back and we played Destiny and Apples to Apples when Chloe came over. Sarah Milne <3 texted me first and came over with Aubrey. We watched The Dark Knight. I sat next to sarah and lets just say we shared the same blanket and it was a wonderful Valentine's Day.

| | i drove way out into AZ and found a cool mountain pass thing. I dropped down into a river bed and a dead rabbit thing was on the ground next to a dead fox thing. They both freaked me out but I thought hey this is the wilderness everything is ok. I ran up the river bed for a mile or so and I just had the worst feeling that someone was watching me so I scrambled up out of the ravine and guess what was on top by the road. A dead cow. I freaked out and ran really fast up the road and really fast back down to get 7 miles.

| | I slept in until 7:10 and ran later but the extra hour of sleep made all the difference
For afternoon practice we had a long meeting and then warm up/calisthenics then 1 mile warm up. then 6x200m and I stayed at 33-34s. I led our 1000m and went 1:12 for the first lap and 1:19 for the second but we hit our time of 3:15.. so.. For the mile I just felt really good and focused on my Rythm. My arms are looking a lot better. The last 4x200m went really good. Joe keeps going 30ish and I want to go with him but I try to just stay with the times and save it for the Mile and stuff.. idk. I went with Joe on the last one and we got 26-27 so Im exited to see what we can do this season.
Weights (not in the weight room because we were running late ((no pun intednded)) and lost the weight room to football) and stretch.
In totally unrelated news Imagine Dragon's Smoke + Mirrors just came out and it is straight fire.

| | I stayed up all night doing Ms. Mays website stuff I even skipped 1st period to sleep. Im so glad this will all be over friday.
5 mile easy run witht the guys. Great stuff from everybody. 8x100m strides and Core.
I was doing it all but then my quads started itching like crazy so I scratched them right when coach was looking and the thought I was just not doing core haha core was great though. I love core.
I am thinking about Craigslist Fishing. There is lots of money to be made. Buy low, sell high! I also ordered some new Virratas.
