8 miles on barrel roll once I fainally got out there. Ran down to my car holding a target and then drove conner and spencer to navajo and realized our mistake.. anyways we made it alright and it was a great run with coach

I drummed for the 1st half of the football game and escorted Thor for the 2nd half. It was really disarming to watch them lose in the last minute or so... to see the hard work fall short in their tears and cussing. They have faced so much adversity this year. I am proud of our football team. Usually we give them a hard time but it is a Godsend for a lot of these boys. Go Thunder.

6x100m Striders and brecken was playing soccer so I gave it my all.

Greatful for; Tissues. Awards night was one of the best and worst feelings ive ever had. It is hard to force 4 years of complete adventure into 2 hours, but I tried and I ended up crying like a baby. I love this TEAM and I love running.

I honestly could say a lot about this race. That is was my last. That it was among my worst of the season. That we felt terrible after but all that really matters is that I would never imagined myself (or the TEAM at all) 4 years ago to have done the things we have been able to do. I have grown so much.

Greatful For; Every second I have spent putting work into this sport, into making myself better and more of a man than I was the day before thats what its all about.

woke up early ro burn off some turkey and run 5 miles on the ice in Odgen. I ran with Weston (my cousin who runs for Mnt Vista). Hes going to Portland and im so jelous haha. I hate running in the cold and I didnt even bring leggings or anything so my grandpa gave me his maroon sweatpants and they saved my life.
