woke up at gouldings cabin and we drove out to this big prarie right before you drop into Bryce Canyon. I caught a horned toad and showed oliver, he got so excited to see it move (he thought i killed it) haha. Its crazy, I started running right after he was born so i guess coach gained quite a few sons that season. There are around 15 senior boys and its going to be weird when we all leave.
anyway, 2 miles at 8 min pace then 4 at sub7 min then we did these fartleks 3 mins off 3 mins on and coach drove right next to me, so I wasnt alone the whole time haha. We were all pretty burned but it was a great workout/film session from everyone. the documentary is really coming together ;)

date with sarah. we picked up our pottery and listened to foster the people and drove out to utah hill. We had a nice talk, i think im like brotherzoned but I dont care I just love hanging out with her haha drive and unwind is wwaaayyyy better than netflix and chill. there is more to life than getting action.
Greatful For: The one pot i made that didnt get smashed... and of course sarahs turned out beautiful. my pot is 4 out of 10 but hey dont judge a man by his pot making skills (unless of course he is a potter and that is his livelyhood).
