I missed morning practice. Im sick, my parents are in Mexico and yet THAT IS NO EXCUSE. I need to visualise my goals. I can do all of this.
2 mile warm up
4x1600m at 5:32. I hit 5:30, 5:34, 5:32, 5:36. My whole right side cramped up, by far the worst cramping ive experienced in years. I just buried the pain and ran the whole 2nd mile with my hands pressing on my right 3 abs. I was bummed bc Bryson was at 5:23 pace with Tanner and Scott but I passed him on 2, 3 and 4. The first Track workout was very rough, at least mentally. We had 2x200 starts just to get position. 1 mile cooldown. I came out 4th both times. Weights with the Football team watching and then stretch.
Helped brock write a song when I got home.
I realised I want a man bun.
